Little Champs Jiu-Jitsu

A four-year-old's first martial arts class should teach them to listen, wait their turn, and try something hard without quitting. Little Champs does that through real Jiu-Jitsu (positions, escapes, and body control) at a pace built for short attention spans.
What you'll learn
- Balance, coordination, and body awareness
- Listening, following instruction, and taking turns
- First positions: mount, guard, and how to escape both
- Confidence from trying something hard and sticking with it
