Frankie "The Answer" Edgar is a UFC Hall of Famer and former UFC Lightweight Champion of the World, and Toms River's own. A 4x NCAA Division I All-American with 120 collegiate wins, he beat BJ Penn in 2010 to take the lightweight title and defended it through some of the most memorable wars in UFC history.

A Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Ricardo Almeida, Frankie built Iron Army Academy to give his hometown the same standard he trained under: real technique, honest coaching, and a room where first-timers and competitors hold themselves to the same bar.
